Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Have had vehicle in for brake repair three times but have the same problem as the first time. I took it back a fourth time and they told me that I missed my appointment (I didn't) and would need to keep it over the weekend. I'm going somewhere else that's more dependable and honest, and also does good work. They also charge each time I take it back! There's no guarantee on the work they messed up before. They have also been unfriendly and ignore people waiting in line far too long. Very frustrating!

This place does not operate in good faith. I want to start off with I did try to handle this privately with them. I went in to speak my concern with brake work that had been done and what I was charged for. They took pictures and stated that I would hear from someone on Monday (this was early Friday). I took my 3500 truck in to have a vibration looked at. Told them to inspect the suspension and brakes. They called and told me the front rotors were warped and the rears were glazed. They recommended to replace front and rear pads/rotors. I asked if the calipers were fine, Alexis stated they were fine. This is the first time I spoke with her, I started with Philip the manager. I agreed to have them do the front and rear pads/rotors. First thing the next morning I get another call from Alexis stating that all 4 calipers need to be replaced. I asked what changed since the inspection the previous day where I was told they were fine. She stated that they were all seized. They stated an additional almost $1800 for the calipers only. I declined and stated to just put it back together and I will pick it up early afternoon. Shortly after hanging up I received another call back from Alexis. Sh

About a week ago we dropped my vehicle off and were told what the bill was...$1900. They overcharge in every way they can. As well as double dip in charges. If you want it done without feeling scammed and it costing you a house payment go elsewhere.

I needed to have both lower ball joints and the front right CV axle replaced on my 2016 Honda CRV. About a month later I had an issue with what I thought was my transmission. I had my car towed and looked at by another mechanic. I found out the CV axle wasn't installed properly. I was upset that I basically had to pay for the same repair twice. I took the repair bill from the other mechanic into Brake and Alignment Plus+ and showed them the issue. Without causing a fuss, Tyler got his manager Bill and they not only reimbursed me the full amount that I paid the other mechanic but they took care of the towing as well. I understand things like this happen, but more importantly they wanted to make it right, which they did. I would come back for the customer service alone from Bill and Tyler.

Would not recommend getting work done here. Had an alignment done, less than 10,000 miles later, when rotating my tires, noticed a control arm was loose. The control arm itself was loose, and needed an entire full rotation to tighten it back, which also caused the part itself to fail in the bushing. I called and spoke to a gentleman that agreed with me that the issue would have been caused by them since nobody has touched the control arms since installation. He spoke to the foreman who told him it was not under warranty anymore. After a further discussion with him, and him agreeing and understanding why I am just asking them to do another alignment complimentary, he said he would call me back because he wanted to readdress the situation and explain it to the foreman again. No call back. So I called back at the end of day to speak with a woman who said "oh yeah I remember this call earlier" and continued to tell me I should have noticed the loose control arm within the first two weeks and now she cannot do anything. Not sure why I would take my wheel off and check to make sure each control arm was tight within two weeks of them doing an alignment and adjusting the control arms, as t
